Bobcat is a gorgeous little restaurant and brewery, one that the locals love and pack on Tuesday nights. What really blew us away was the Dennis Hopper, a triple dry-hopped IPA. It was light-colored, but oddly enough was not clear at all. I guess it wasn’t filtered, because it was cloudier than a hefeweizen. But wow, it was great. So fresh and aromatic. We’d love to spend more time here.
