Two of us enjoyed Magic Hat, and two didn’t so much. For now, this entry is from one of us that didn’t. I hope my brother writes a rebuttal. The taproom/retail space has a ton of merchandise and a bunch of hilarious, overly-outrageous decor, not unlike a Spencer’s Gift Store. Hopefully, you’ll leave there and tell all your friends how CRAZY this place is. But it’s all fluff, and just a bunch of crap when you get down to it. They had five beers on tap, all of which I think we’d had. I was hoping for something new. Generally, I like Magic Hat. Some of their beer is pretty spot on, some I find boring or lacking. I found the same with the five on tap. Time to finish these and head to the next stop, and enjoy a #9 back home.
